Goal:
The aim of this course is to acquire knowledge and practical skills in the field of management theory and practice.
Outcome:
By mastering this subject, students understand the complexity of concepts: planning, organizing, staffing, management, control, teamwork, employee motivation, product life cycle, but also understand the importance of developing managerial skills, through the application of managerial techniques and methods. Also, upon mastering the course, students understand the role of the information system in the context of decision support and are trained to apply practical management methods in making business decisions.
